Shipping & Returns
California Rodeo Salinas staff carefully prepares and packages online orders from our location in Salinas, California. All orders are fulfilled within 2–3 business days after the order is placed. We are new to the online retail business and are doing our very best to get you your orders and we appreciate your patience and support! Please allow additional time for processing during holidays and sales promotions.
If the address provided at checkout was incorrect and your order is returned, the customer will be responsible for providing California Rodeo with the correct address. California Rodeo is not responsible for the additional shipping costs. If for any reason, the package is refused, the amount of return shipment will be deducted from the buyers refund. All shipments will be sent with tracking numbers via UPS or USPS. Once tracking has started and a package has been confirmed as in transit, it is not the responsibility of California Rodeo.
If you have received the correct order and for any reason it isn't perfect for you, just reach out and let us know within 30 calendar days of receiving. We will happily email you a shipping label and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to in the future as we get more accustomed to online retail and shipping -- so keep checking back! We thank you for your patience and support.
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unwashed with tags attached. Sales are FINAL on drinkware, buckles, jewelry, hats and sale items. Any items sent back with damage (i.e. items have been worn, contain cigarette smoke, pet hair, etc.) are ineligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer, at their cost. Returns must be sent back to the California Rodeo within 7 calendar days of receiving the label. Please allow 2-10 business days for returns/exchanges to be processed.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, please include your order or packing slip in the return package.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.
